Not to shabby but not the best Slip I've ever heard. A bit mono tone, the guitar work could be better, however, the percussion was astounding as usual.The video was OK. Wish it would have said more about the song and it's allusions we are all constantly and painstakingly trying to figure out in Corey's lyrics.

First of all, I signed up just to respond to this obviously untrained and full of Wax Ear this guy has, Ive been playing lead guitar for over 20 years and this song has some of the
most technical and fluid guitar playing Ive ever heard, Ok so you've got a hard on for the drummer, Hes good, But your weak guitar comment proves "YOU DONT PLAY "
And have No Clue what real guitar playing

I'm sorry, but how can you not understand the lyrics to this song? It's about standing up for your beliefs and convictions, while in the same breath knowing when to hold your tongue. The times when you hold your tongue, the anger sinks in and builds pressure inside your mind, until you feel poisoned by the things you kept inside. That's why in the lyrics, Corey says there's something inside him that feels like breathing in Sulfur; because of everything he hasn't said that he feels he should have. » » Close Comments » Report Abuse
